One of Eagle Crusher’s most versatile systems, the UltraMax 1400-CCS, utilizes a portable impactor plant and screening plant, separately or combined, to produce numerous spec products. The 1400-CCS includes the 1400-45 OC plant with a side-discharge conveyor, 6 x 20 screening plant with an integrated feed conveyor, return conveyor with a cleated belt and three, radial stacking conveyors. It may be configured in a variety of ways to meet individual producers’ needs. The plant simultaneously produces three cubicle spec products, replacing complex crusher and screening systems for a much lower initial investment and greatly reduced maintenance, fuel and transportation cost.
