Kleemann’s Spective Connect is now available for the company’s Mobirex MR 110 EVO2 and Mobirex MR 130(i) EVO2 mobile impact crushers.

Spective Connect, an operating control system released by Kleemann in 2017, allows customers to access all relevant process information and reporting on their smartphone, meaning plant operators can monitor this information without leaving an excavator or wheel loader.

Available information includes fuel level, fuel consumption, plant performance and current gap setting. In most cases, operators no longer must leave the cab or interrupt production.

Spective Connect also generates reports on consumption, plant performance and plant usage. These reports can be forwarded by messenger or e-mail and the complete process is visible to the plant operator at any time.

In case of a warning, Spective Connect displays the fault, refers to the corresponding components and includes troubleshooting aids, Kleemann says. Operators can receive step-by-step support with fault evaluation and elimination.

If a fault cannot be eliminated, Spective Connect generates a service report, which can be sent to the servicing technician or a Wirtgen Group dealer. All operating hours, fault messages and more are available, according to Kleemann.

The company says troubleshooting aids make it possible for a repair technician to remotely support the machine operator, as technicians see the same troubleshooting aids. The technician only needs to enter the fault code and the plant type.

Service reports and troubleshooting aids are available in the offline area and can be used free of charge by downloading the Spective Connect app.

Spective Connect is also currently available for the Mobicat MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher and the Mobicone MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher.
