TCI High-Frequency Screens Have The Highest Screen Capacity In The Industry For Dry, Fine Material Separation

TCI ManufacturingTCI Manufacturing continues to be one pioneers of high frequency screens, commonly referred to as “PEP screens”, come in a variety of sizes, frequency levels and configurations. Fine material is best separated with high speed and a small stroke.  TCI High-Frequency Screens are engineered to provide the highest production capabilities in the market. Aggressive vibration (3600RPM) applied directly to screen media allows for higher capacity and more efficient sizing, compared with conventional screens.

High frequency screen use has been around since the early 80’s, but it’s still a very new process to many producers and applications.  Understanding the capacity is one of the common questions we hear.   Our Basic Capacity Table is a great baseline to understand what size plant and screen media you need.   The most popular screen size is the 6’ x 18’, see the chart below.    Also, important to notice the capacity of our 6’ x 24’ screen has extra 72 square ft of screening area which adds capacity, efficiency, and separation.    It’s one the largest high frequency screen in the industry. *Note: Figures calculated on the use of slotted screens material to be screened contains overs to stimulate production and provide scouring. Assumes material weight of 100 lbs. per cubic foot. This chart is to be used for estimation purposes only. All application variables should be considered when evaluating tonnages.

We understand that customers’ needs are not the same and we have built portable high frequency screen plants in many different configurations.   Some are very intricate with a feed hopper, diesel power, cross conveyors, and all requiring a very custom chassis.

All of TCI Manufacturing high frequency screens have many great features:

Our customers constantly share with us how by using our high frequency screen adds an additional product line to an existing quarry with very little added cost using a “waste” product.   This video from our dealer Integrated Equipment Group, Inc they share a great use case example.

TCI Manufacturing in Walnut, IL was formed in January of 2000. Mike Maynard and Richard “Dick” Nelson started the company to carry forward their extensive experience and knowledge of the aggregate industry. We started with conveyors and, along with our line of high frequency screens, have expanded to portable and stationary screening and crushing, and wash plants and structures, vibratory feeders, bins/hoppers, sand screws, and custom fabrication solutions. Thanks to our loyal customers TCI has grown over the years. With our latest expansion, we have a nearly 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that houses our dedicated employees and CNC tooling.
